Tom Slambrouck, designer of the logo and poster
Tom grew up in Koksijde and was a member of youth-landsailingclub De Krab. He was a Standart pilot and participated in the World Championship in 2018 in Sankt Peter-Ording (Germany).
A love of images is what drives and motivates Tom, so he pursued the visual arts. If he cannot put something into words, he draws it. Whether it be painting or drawing, Tom can do it.
With his design of the poster for EURO23 DEPANNE, he portrays going faster than the wind itself. In doing this, he connects the visual arts and landyachting, as François Dumont and Jean Jacques de Grave did before him.
